Lanai of Unit B4 of the Fairway Villas
After a day at the beach we love to hop in the beautiful infinity pool and whirlpool to get the sand and salt water off while the Dads BBQ up some steaks in the nearby gas grills. When we are able to stay for an extended time we also take advantage of the workout room that overlooks the pool area. We often enjoy having the Hilton and Marriott Hotels within easy walking distance. These nice hotels offer restaurants, spas, and special events. Also, the Kings and Queens Shops are right across the fairway where we have many favorite restaurants and authentic Hawaiian entertainment.
We have chosen Outrigger Fairway Villas to provide the support in renting out our home. They do a fabulous job of keeping our home in good condition. Outrigger provides daily housekeeping so you can have more time to play. We had some extended family choose to visit with us on the Big Island. They used VRBO to rent one of the Fairway Villas, and there was a significant difference in the upkeep of our two condos. Our air conditioner works well, light bulbs are in every light socket, kitchen is clean with all the needed appliances working, and so forth. We cannot say the same for the Fairway Villa that was rented through VRBO.
Our home has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and is located on the ground level. Both bedrooms have a king size bed. The master bathroom has a large soaking tub and light granite tile. The condo has a fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops and a breakfast bar. There are enough utensils, pots, pans, and serving dishes to allow you to cook all that your taste buds can handle. High speed wireless internet service is provided. There is cable connection and a TV in every room, with a large TV in the living area. The couch also pulls out to a bed for extra sleeping area. It can be your home away from home too by booking with Outrigger Fairway Villas and requesting Unit B4!

Our son, Jeff at Intel in Fort Collins, referred us. We’re planning a family trip, 8 adults and 7 children (4 girls and 3 boys), over Christmas 2012 (12/22/2012 thru 12/29/2012). (We’d likely need at least 6 baths) Any tips?

We hope that you enjoy the Big Island, we sure do. Our suggestion would be to call Outrigger at 808-886-0036 to see what they could do for you. We have visited the Big Island with a large group also in the past and we found that when we were given condos that all opened out to the same side and the same green lawn it has been wonderful. The kids simply walk out of the sliding glass doors onto a large stretch of grass for playing and hunting geckos. While the adults sit on the lanai and visit. It really adds to the amount of space you have. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have as you plan your memorable trip.
