Our condo is located in the Waikoloa Resort on the Gold Coast (northwest coast) of the Big Island of Hawaii. It is called the Gold Coast because the sun shines almost every day! Our condo has plenty of space for six people, and is much more relaxing than staying at a hotel. The Hilton and Marriott Hotels are within easy walking distance, which is perfect when you want to hit a restaurant, spa, or concert event. Also, the Kings Shops are right across the fairway where you will find more restaurants, activities and shopping.

This beautiful condo lets you enjoy the luxuries and conveniences of your home away from home. Our rental company provides daily housekeeping so you can have more time to play. The Fairway Villas Complex has a wonderful infinity swimming pool and whirlpool to enjoy when you want to take a break from the salt water. While sitting on the lanai along the fairway of the Championship Beach Golf Course you can enjoy the breathtaking view of majestic Mauna Kea. The condo is conveniently located within walking distance of A-bay beach, The King Shops, and great eating establishments. You can have fun and cook a wonderful dinner at your condo or dine at many excellent restaurants within walking distance. The great thing is-- you choose, which is not an option when staying in a hotel room!

Our condo has 2 bedrooms, and 2 baths. One bedroom has a king size bed, and the other has 2 twin beds (with an option to convert to another king). The bathroom has a large soaking tub and light granite tile. The condo has a fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops, and a breakfast bar. There are enough utensils, pots, pans, and serving dishes to allow you to cook all that your taste buds can handle. There is a large TV with cable television provided. Enjoy a large seating area with a couch, chairs, and a coffee table. The couch also pulls out to a bed for extra sleeping area. For the same price or less of nearby hotel rooms, you get to have all the luxuries of home!
