After many vacations over the years my family has discovered our favorite of all, The Big Island of Hawaii! In fact we have bought a condo so we can more fully enjoy our times of relaxation and fun. Our Condo at Waikoloa Beach Resort 2 Bedroom Condo overlooking the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. The Condo includes a beautiful pool and whirlpool. It is within walking distance from A-Bay beach and great shopping!

Beaches on the Big Island Our favorite beach is the Mauna Kea beach rated on the vacation channels top 10 beaches. It is only a few miles from the condo. Another favorite beach of ours is favorably called A-Bay, which is short for Anaehoomalu Bay. The great thing about this beach is it is within walking distance from the condo.

Snorkeling This is where the Big Island excels, we have snorkeled many places and we love the ease, visibility, and beauty of the snorkeling we have found on the Big Island of Hawaii. Our favorite place to snorkel is called the Refuge.

Golfing on the Big Island Hawaii is a beautiful place to enjoy golfing. Our condo is on the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. It has breathtaking views of the ocean. It is a wonderful opportunity to golf in Hawaii.

Hawaii Volcano National Park This place is like nothing you have ever seen! It is awe inspiring to see the lava flow into the ocean. It is exciting to hike around inactive volcanos.

Exploring a Rain Forest One of the reasons we love the Big Island is that half of the island receives 10 inches of rain a year, and the other half receives 132 inches of rain a year. Therefore, you can enjoy the sun, beach, and golf without rain interruptions, but travel to the east side of the island to visit a beautiful lush rain forest.

Spa The nearby famous Hilton Waikoloa Resort has a great spa. It is within walking distance of the condo. We absolutely love the specialty Hawaiian massages, and facials.

Surfing Hawaii offers a great oppotunity to learn to surf. There are many different organizations that will offer instructions and even help you out in the water. It is quite a thrill to ride a wave, even if it is only for a few seconds!
